This Services, Advocacy Preparation & Cancellation Policy applies to any paid or unpaid services provided by Second Nature Studio, including advocacy preparation, support navigation, resource guidance, document organisation, preparation sessions, planning support, reviews, templates, practical guidance and related services.
Second Nature Studio provides practical support to help people feel more organised, prepared and informed when navigating disability, health, care, support systems, services and advocacy-related processes. Our role is to support preparation, organisation and clarity.
Second Nature Studio does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological therapy, crisis support, emergency support, case management, support coordination, plan management, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment advice, or formal legal representation.
We cannot guarantee that using our services will result in a particular outcome, including NDIS access approval, funding approval, plan review success, Centrelink approval, or other government agency outcomes.
If you need to cancel a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms: more than 48 hours notice — may reschedule or receive a refund unless preparation work has begun; 24–48 hours notice — may reschedule subject to availability; less than 24 hours — may be non-refundable; non-attendance — may be treated as completed.
You may be eligible for a remedy if a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, was not fit for the purpose you made known to us, was not delivered within a reasonable time, or was significantly different from what was described.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where our services come with consumer guarantees, those rights continue to apply.
