Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products, downloads, templates, guides, resources, workbooks, checklists and other digital items purchased from Second Nature Studio. By purchasing from Second Nature Studio, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital products

Second Nature Studio sells digital products including templates, guides, workbooks, checklists, planners, advocacy-preparation tools, and digital downloads. These products may be delivered instantly after purchase.

Change of mind refunds

Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind once a product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered or made available to you. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

When you may be eligible for a remedy

You may be eligible for a remedy if a digital product is faulty or defective, is not as described, cannot be accessed due to an issue caused by us, or does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
